SACYL has given the go-ahead for the formation of a Pain Unit in the University Hospital to be situated near the pre-anaesthesia consultancies (in the so-called technical block where the post-operative recovery unit is also to be found).

The changes form part of the reorganisation of bus routes in the city which also extends the service at weekends. Another change is to route 22 – Boulevard, which now comes to the Hospital.

A UNIT TO BE PROUD OF. The increase of space and the acquisition of the best equipment have made the Dialysis Unit one of the best in Northern Spain. In the Unit, both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis are administered as well as carrying out techniques like aphaeresis.
